SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER – (AI, Cloud Solutions, IT Services)
Key Responsibilities
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across the UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi). Act as the primary point of contact ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Sales Growth: Drive revenue through new business development and expansion of existing accounts. Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation, solution positioning, negotiation, and closure.
Solution Selling: Understand cybersecurity, infrastructure, and networking needs; design and present tailored solutions.
Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to strengthen market positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technical, product, marketing teams, and align with vendors/distributors for seamless execution.
Reporting & Leadership: Present sales performance and market insights to leadership; demonstrate strong ownership and revenue-driving capability.
Qualifications
7–10 years of sales/account management experience, with 5+ years in the UAE market (cybersecurity preferred).
Strong UAE client network (Abu Dhabi preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Cybersecurity (MBA preferred).
